The visit could not have been better.
I had the usual great experience during the visit. The staff is very competent and friendly and the visit was completed in a timely manner. Dr. G was his usual super self.
As usual all was top grade.
I have never had a bad experience since I have been a patient… and when I have a question after going home and either call in or write in… when I get a response it’s not some machine It’s Dr. Klaus himself calling to give me my answers. I mean who does that today??? Amazing.
Both visits were outstanding.
All personnel, from the front desk staff, to the technicians, and to Dr. Davenport were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I left the visit on both occasions believing I received a thorough assessment of my current eye health.
